“Commit Whatever You Are Doing To God”

Greetings I bring to you my beloved friends in the name of Our Lord Jesus Christ Our Redeemer and Deliverer. My prayer for you today is that God will make all your desire and plans to prosper and succeed. Many of us are still in doubt if God still hears our prayer and request. Do not doubt my friends because the God that we are serving is a Living God. Please do read on the rest of the article and be blessed.

We are ready to put our trust in mere man but we find it so hard to put our trust, faith and hope in God. I believe that there are many of us around the globe who are born believers yet we still doubt the existence of the Living God. We are ready to put our trust in men. At times we do not even give it a second thought but we are ever ready to put our trust in men. Friends, at times when whatever we do and plan we really do not bring our plans to God. We do not put our plans before God and pray. We do not ask for His guidance in whatever plans we have. That is why at times we see that our plans have fail. Do we really sit before God and ask Him if this is His will upon your life? We just take everything for granted, don’t we friends?

Friends, how many of us have entered this New Year with so many plans for the year? We all have made plans and resolutions too. But, have we committed our plans and resolutions to God? We sit and share our plans with our family and friends but not with God. We make our New Year resolutions every year but have we really met all our resolutions for the past years? We find it so difficult to keep up with our New Year resolutions and plans. It is all because we do not want to bring and commit them to God. Friends, do you know the plans that God has already for us in 2012? God has planned it so perfectly for us but most of the time we have all missed out on it. It is all because we just do not have time to sit and listen what God is telling to each and every one of us. We have all become so spiritually deaf that we cannot hear God speaking to us. God speaks to us? Yes, till today God still speaks to His children. It is just because we are so busy with all the worldly affairs of the world that we really do not have time to hear God speaking to us.

We always want to hear what the world has got to tell us. We are so glued to every mode of communication that we really do not have time to sit before God and ask God to speak to you. God speaks to you through His written word of God that is the Bible. Remember in the gospel of St John chapter 1:1 it is written that the “Word became Flesh and made its dwelling among men.” Yes, to hear God speaking, you have to spend time in His word daily to know God’s will upon your life. Whatever plans that you have made this year my friends, God is telling you today to bring it before Him. All the desires of your heart will be met and no doubt about it. It is all because we are His children. God wants to give us the Best of everything. So, let us all try to sit and spend some time with God in His word. Time with God is time well spent. You will not regret it my friends, believe me.

In this present time, many of us spend so much time on the Internet. We spend so much time on Face Book. We can sit for hours and hours not feeling tired about it. But just to spend at least 20 minutes with God we really find it so difficult to do. Friends this New Year let us as Children of God spend time with God in His word. Spend some time to have fellowship with God. Build up yourself with the word of God. With the word of God in us we will know the will of God upon our life. You will know the plans that God has already for you in 2012. God will make all your plans to prosper if you only commit yourself and all your plans to God.
