“Jesus Did Not Condemn Others And So We Are Not To Condemn others Too!”

31 01 2012

Shalom and greetings to my beloved friends in the name of Our Lord Jesus Christ Our Savior, Redeemer and Deliverer. My prayer for you today is that may God give you His Spirit and give you a New Heart. May His heavenly Blessings always be upon you and your household that you and your generation to come will love God with all of your heart, soul and mind. That you too may endure each day by His grace. Continue to read the rest of the article and Be Blessed and Stay Blessed at all times.Dearly beloved friends, just let me ask you this simple question? How many of you today have been condemned by others? It might even be your own family members, friends and even working colleagues? You might even be heart broken by the way others condemned you. You may start staying away and keeping a distance with those who have condemned you in an unruly manner. Even now at this moment, you still feel the pain and hurt that is within you my beloved friends. To me all that I can say to you my beloved friends is that you need not worry about all those condemnation that you have gone through. To tell you the fact, I have gone through all that stuff of condemnation that is why I am writing to tell you do not bother about it. You want to know the reason why?

Dearly beloved friends, the answer to my question above why I do not at all bother is because there is someone who loves me so much despite of all my shortcomings, my weaknesses and also being a broken vessel. People have condemned me till the maximum, and I thank those who have condemned me because they made me to be a strong woman in the Lord. My question is did Jesus Christ ever condemned me or you? Neither did our Lord Jesus Christ condemned us. People are so quick in condemning others that they themselves forgot that they will bring condemnation upon themselves too! The King of Kings and the Lord of Lords have not condemned us so why do you and I need to bother about the condemnation brought upon us by mere human beings? This is the difference between God and man!

Dearly beloved friends, Our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ did not come to this world to condemn it but to save it from all sin and wrath. Our Lord Jesus came to set us free from the condemnation of the world by taking it upon himself so that we will not be condemned. How great is Our God! He did it for you and me my beloved friends because of His Everlasting love for us all. People are quick in their words to condemn others but they totally forgot that they themselves bring judgment upon them selves. These are the people who think that they are the most righteous ones and they live a righteous life. So they start condemning others by what they see. These are so called believers  who think that they are the ones who are walking in the light and there is no darkness within them! To them everyone who is not a believer are the ones walking in total darkness. So they condemned them till the maximum saying that they will have no Salvation. Who are we to condemn others when Jesus Christ himself did not condemn the woman who was caught in adultery living in total darkness? In fact Jesus Christ asked the men who brought the woman caught in adultery to cast the first stone on her if they had not sinned against her? There was none because each one of them committed adultery with her!

Dearly beloved friends, if we as believers start condemning others who are living in total darkness and we distant ourselves from them how are we going to bring the Light and Love of Jesus Christ to such people? Did not Jesus Christ sat and ate with the sinners? Jesus Christ was moving in the midst of such people just to save them and not condemn them. But we who are so called believers of Jesus Christ is doing the reverse thing! We tend to become so religious and fanatic over so many things that we miss out our main agenda in saving the Lost Sheep!  Have we ever asked ourselves, how are we going to save those walking in the dark?  As it is written in the book of the Prophet Isaiah in the Old Testament 61:1, “The Spirit of the Sovereign Lord is on me, because the Lord has anointed me to preach the good news to the poor. He has sent me to bind up the brokenhearted, to proclaim freedom for the captives, and release from darkness for the prisoners.” That is the written word of God. How are we going to preach the good news to the poor when we only want to preach the good news to the rich? How are we going to bind up the brokenhearted when we start to condemn them and crush their spirit with our unkind words? How are we going to proclaim freedom for the captives caught in their own sins when we are not giving them a chance to repent and we go on condemning them? How are we going to release the prisoners from the darkness when we cannot even associate with them and bring the Light of God to them? How are we going to save this people if we as believers start condemning them? Jesus Christ did not ever move in his ministry with the attitude of condemning others!

Dear friends, before I end my article I want to leave you with this question? If today a prostitute, a drunkard, a beggar, a leper walks into your church, what is your reaction towards these people? Are we going to welcome them into the church or chase them away?  Let us not be so quick to judge and condemn others that when we think that we are so righteous in our life we are in fact losing our great mission of Evangelism to save a soul that wants to know who Jesus Christ is and to receive Salvation!

God Bless
