Shalom and greetings I bring to you my beloved friends around the globe in the name of Our Lord Jesus Christ Our Savior, Redeemer and Deliverer. All glory to God for granting me another day to be with you and all my loved ones to share the Love of God. No one should be deprived from the Love of God. My prayer for you today my beloveds is that you will grow in grace and in the Love of God. You shall be a blessing unto others because God has blessed you in every way. “He who refreshes others will himself be refreshed” (Prov 11:25) Continue to read the rest of the article and Be Blessed at all times.

Dearly beloved friends, first and foremost let us look at the meaning of “Humanity”  and its definition first. The word Humanity itself means Mankind collectively, the human race in particular. It is the quality of being human, the peculiar nature of man by which he is distinguished by other beings. The quality of being humane; the kind feelings, dispositions, sympathies of man especially a disposition to relieve persons or animals in distress, and to treat all creatures with kindness and tenderness. Yes, my beloved friends, this is the true meaning of Humanity. Let me take you to this person by the name of Jesus Christ. True Humanity was found only in Him.

Dearly beloved friends, how many of us today are willing to become servants of God? Again let us see the meaning of the word servant from the worldly and spiritual context of view first. Meaning of the word servant from the worldly context of view it that a servant is one that serves or does services voluntarily or on compulsion. He or she is a person employed by another for menial offices or other labor. Now let us see from the spiritual context of view. A servant is first of all is one who is under submission to another. For Christians, this means submission to God first, then only submission to one another.

Dear friends, Jesus Christ was a true example of being submitted to God the Father. He was under the full total submission unto God being obedient till the point of death. Jesus Christ came into this world not to be Served but to Serve the suffering world. He was the perfect example of a submitted Servant. He became our servant to serve us in everything until the point of even washing the feet of his disciples on “Maundy Thursday” before His crucifixion on Good Friday. Jesus portrayed himself as the Perfect Servant. We being the children and disciples of God, are we willing to take that position in our life?

Dearly beloved friends, today many of us as believers say that we Love God. But how do we say that we Love God when we only want to be served and not being able to serve humanity? Being a servant for God first and foremost we must really humble ourselves. Are we able to humble ourselves and take the position of a servant to serve others rather than waiting for others to serve us? Have we taken time off from our busy lifestyle to serve the suffering community around us? Are we taking time to do social services for those who really need us? Have we taken time to visit the children in the orphanage homes and also the old Folks home? There are many things that we can do to serve the community that is around us and to show and bring the Love of God unto others. Or have we even been kind enough today to grab a cup of tea for your working mate who is just sitting beside you? This are the little things that we can do unto others.

Dearly beloved friends, stop waiting for others to Serve us rather we start Serving others. That is what Our Lord Jesus did and demonstrated His Love right? If we say that we Love God then we will start serving Humanity regardless of who they are and from what background they all come from. It is already the third day of the Lent season. We can all start it during this Season of Lent. Have a meaningful and a Blessed Season of Lent 2012.

God Bless
