7 04 2012

Shalom and greetings  I bring to all of you my beloved friends in the name of Our Mighty Lord Jesus Christ our Perfect Savior, Redeemer and Deliverer. My prayer for you is that to be strong at all times. When you are weak you will be made strong. When you are poor you will be made rich. Continue to read the rest of the article and be truly Blessed at all times.Dearly beloved friends, greetings I bring again to you in the name of Jesus Christ. Today is Holy Saturday. The day after Good Friday when Jesus Christ was crucified on the Cross in Calvary to pay our penalty for sins that he did not commit but the sins that we had committed. When the Sabbath was over, Mary of Magdalene, Mary the mother of James and Salome, bought spices to go and anoint the body of Jesus Christ that was laid in a tomb. And very early in the morning on the first day of the week they went to the tomb when the sun had risen. They had been saying to one another, “Who will roll away the stone for us from the entrance to the tomb?”

In those days, the body of a dead person is put in a tomb and a very large stone is put outside the tomb to cover it. People in those days do not bury the body into the ground. It is wrapped tightly in a cloth and placed inside the tomb. When nearing the tomb, the women found out that the stone had been rolled away and they were afraid and amazed too! Because it was never easy to roll the big stone. On entering the tomb, they saw a young man in a white robe seated on the right-hand side and they were struck with amazement. But he said to them, “There is no need to be amazed!” You are looking for Jesus of Nazareth who was crucified, “He has Risen, He is not here! He is going ahead of you to Galilee, that is where you will see Him, just as he told you!”

The death of Jesus seemed to many as the end of a short term era marked by many extraordinary events. Most of them who had followed Jesus would have felt disheartened. Some of his disciples remain indoors for fear of the Jews. Peter and a few others preferred to return to their old profession of fishing.None of them seem to have ever thought of the resurrection! For us who live in a period very distant from that of Lord Jesus, the main proof of His resurrection is the experience of those who have witnessed the truth. And the experience of those who witnesses has to be strengthened by our experience of Jesus alive in us.

Yes, my beloved friends, what was said 2000 years ago still applies to every believer today. Christ Is Risen Indeed and He is ahead of us all. Today many of us would have our own tomb where we are stuck with all our troubles inside the tomb. It is not easy to let out the sufferings that we are going through. Some of us may be stuck inside our own tomb with personal problems that we feel we cannot share with anyone! At times we feel that we are stuck in the tomb forever and hoping that someone will roll the stone away so that we can be set free from our sufferings and burdens.

Today, Jesus Christ is telling you to come out of that tomb of suffering. Jesus being resurrected have in fact already remove that stone from your tomb 2000 years ago. You only have to have Faith and Believe in Him! Jesus has taken all your sufferings on that cross and he overcame the devil by triumphing victory on the Cross in Calvary. Jesus Christ is Risen Indeed and we are serving a Resurrected Lord and not a dead God! Friends, the choice is still yours to choose and to believe and to be set free. Believe and be set free from all your burdens and weary today. Have a Blessed Resurrected Christ centered day.

God Bless
