Are Family Relationships Important?

5 12 2013

Love 8Shalom and greetings I bring to you my beloved ones here and around the globe in the mighty and resurrected name of our Lord Jesus Christ, our perfect Savior, Redeemer and Deliverer. May the blessings and peace of God and the fellowship of the Holy Spirit be upon you and your entire household. Are Family Relationships Important? Dearly beloved ones, do take the time to read the article and may you receive the peace from God Almighty as he speaks to you through His word. Be blessed at all times. Are family relationships important? Have we given in to the evil one to come in and destroy our families? Satan has wage war in families where there is disunity between husband and wife, parents and children, among siblings and between the in laws. The evil one works in a very subtle way where he wants to break the Family Institution that has been ordained by God. The reason to this happenings is because we open avenues to the evil one to creep into our families and destroy it. Remember that when there is disunity, anger, revenge and jealously know who is working behind the scenes!

Dearly beloved ones, are we going to let the evil one to take away and steal the peace that was once in the family or are we going to look into reconciling with one another? Life is too short.Tomorrow is not destined to any one of us. Are we going to carry all the hurt, anger and revenge with us 6 feet underground? No use crying and regretting when someone close to us is called back to their eternal home. When we had all the time to forgive and reconcile, we did not take that measure to look into reconciliation!

If God our Creator can forgive us of all our wickedness and say that he will remembers our sins no more (Hebrews 8:12), then how is it that we who are called as children of God cannot forgive one another? The only thing that stops us from reconciliation and asking for forgiveness is our ego and pride and mind you my beloved ones, these comes from the evil one and not from God. As it is written, “For the Lord is compassionate and gracious, slow to anger and abounding in love. He will not always accuse, nor will he harbor his anger forever, he does not treat us as our sins deserve or repay us according to our iniquities. For as high as the heavens are above the earth,so great is his love for those who fear him, and as far as the east is from the west so far has he removed our transgressions from us” (Psalm 103:8-12).

Likewise, if we are called as children of God, are we not to be imitators of God and do like wise? Enough is Enough and let us put a stop to the evil one from stealing and destroying the peace in the families! It is about time that we look into working out reconciliation in our family institution. The ministry of God ,begins first in our families! If our families are not in order how are we going to bring the word of God unto others? This is one open avenue that the enemy will use and this calls us to break this stronghold. We cannot do it with our own strength, but we need God to intervene in these matters concerning family relationships. Keep everything in prayer because PRAYER CHANGES THINGS!

Before I end this article, in conclusion, FORGIVENESS is a GIFT you give to yourself and why deprive yourself out of that gift?We are already in the Advent season and this is a time of giving and sharing of God’s Love to one another! Do give a thought on this my beloved ones in Christ Jesus. The choice is still in your hands. Have a truly blessed Advent season my beloved ones in Christ Jesus.

God Bless.
