good-leadership-1Shalom and blessed greetings I bring to all of you my beloved ones here and across the globe. May God’s Love, Grace and Peace be upon you and your kin. God’s Loving Kindness and His Faithfulness shall always be with you and your kin in all situations. The heaven and the earth belongs to God and all the kingdoms of this world is His. Today are we good leaders and are we practicing good leadership within us to lead the people that God has put in our path? No matter what leadership position you are in today, God raises up leaders and God can also bring down leaders if they do not carry out their leadership with integrity and with the fear of God in them. Do take time to read the below article my beloved ones and be blessed. God bless.

Shalom and want to share something very interesting about this King from the past from the Old Testament. What this great King asked God was something that triggered within me. Will there ever be Kings or leaders in this millennium or era that will have the heart of this King and he is no other than the great King Solomon.
Taken from the book of the Old testament in 2 Chronicles 1:7-12 as it is written, That night God approached to Solomon and said to him. “Ask for whatever you want me to give you.” 8 Solomon answered God, “You have shown great kindness to David my father and have made me king in his place. 9 Now, Lord God, let your promise to my father David be confirmed, for you have made me king over a people who are as numerous as the dust of the earth. 10 Give me wisdom and knowledge, that I may lead this people, for who is able to govern this great people of yours?”

11 God said to Solomon, “Since this is your heart’s desire and you have not asked for wealth, possessions or honor, nor for the death of your enemies, and since you have not asked for a long life but for wisdom and knowledge to govern my people over whom I have made you king, 12 therefore wisdom and knowledge will be given you. And I will also give you wealth, possessions and honor, such as no king who was before you ever had and none after you will have.”

Wow! That was so great indeed of Solomon to ask God to give him “wisdom and knowledge,” that he may lead the people, for who is able to govern this great people of God?” Solomon stated that he needed that wisdom and knowledge to govern the people that God gave him!

If Solomon wanted he could have asked for great wealth, possession and honor, but he did not asked for that. That is a heart of a true leadership of a leader who wants to govern a nation with integrity and with the fear of God. But today it is sad to see that there are no leaders who have asked God for wisdom, knowledge and good counsel to govern a nation. If there ever was we will see change in the governance of a nation. There is no fear of God in leaders.

God can remove any leader who does not govern the nation with the fear of God and with integrity. The kingdom of the earth belongs to God and they are not in the hands of man. Man pulls the voting lever but God decides the outcome of whom He chooses to lead His people. It is in God’s sovereignty that seasons change and leaders rise and fall. Leaders are only mere humans used as vessels in the hands of God. But if these leaders do not govern God’s people with the fear of God in them, be assured that their days have been numbered and they will be removed from their leadership to govern the nation. But if these leaders come back to God with a heart of repentance and ask for forgiveness for not governing the nation as how God wanted them to govern, God will hear them and they shall not be removed. It is never too late to come before God and to repent and to ask for forgiveness. God is a God of Love and Compassion.

Today my beloved ones, no matter what line of leadership you are in, ask God for His wisdom and knowledge to lead people with integrity, with respect, with love and with the fear of God in you. A thought that you and I can ponder upon my beloved ones. Have a blessed day and God Bless.
